Welcome to the world Baby "B"!
The Johnson family welcomed their second baby boy to their family! They reached out for an in-home newborn session shortly after we first met during my Fall Mini sessions at Bunker Hills in Andover. It was so great to see them again! It was so fun to have photos of their family while she was still pregnant and now after Baby B was born! So I will share a few photos from Fall Minis below too.
The Johnson family rocked their lifestyle newborn session! They wore light colors which photographed so soft and beautiful. Baby B was relaxed and slept majority of the session! Such a dream. Big brother did well too! Let me preface that toddlers can be tough at any session. Their attention spans and cooperation are not meant to last long. Sitting "nice" for photos just goes against a toddlers nature! So before any family session, I send out tips & tricks for helping a toddler through a session and this was a perfect example of how this works! Mom and Dad were ready with M&Ms. We took breaks for big brother to just be silly. And we made it fun to take photos! He did awesome!
I genuinely mean it when I say that I love building friendships during my sessions. It was exciting to learn that the Johnson family lives just down the road from us! Crazy since we live in a small town- not a whole lot of people out here. So now we have friends to plan play dates with at the park!
