Booking & Planning


Choosing your wedding photographer is a huge decision. It's so important to find someone that you feel comfortable with and can trust. And it's important to me that I can serve you in the best way possible. So when you inquire, I will ask you some questions to get to know you, your wedding, and your vision. From there, I can give pricing and package options. Once your contract is signed and a retainer paid, you will be officially booked! You will receive my Jessica Kankelfitz Photography Wedding Guide with 50+ pages of helpful information: what to wear to your engagement session, how to structure your timeline, how to prep for your big day and more!

Engagement Session


Engagement sessions are some of my favorite sessions to do. This is time for us to get to know each other before the big day (and to make some beautiful portraits of the two of you of course!). Before your session, I will send you my Wedding Guide that will help you choose the perfect outfit and feel prepared. During your session, we will have a lot of fun and allow time for you to get comfortable in front of my camera. Don't worry. These sessions are super laid back. I will coach you through poses that will make you look natural and beautiful. Your job will be to have fun and love on each other!


Final Check-in


We will schedule a call few weeks before the big day to go over all the final details. From timeline, to the "must-have" photos, to the list of family members needed to be accounted for during family formals. We will cover it all. It's so important that we make sure we both feel confidently prepared. So when the big day arrives, everything is as stress-free as possible!

The Wedding Day


Eeekk!! It's here! The big day has finally arrived! I will be there, super excited to capture all the special moments. My goal is to make the entire day as stress-free and enjoyable for you as I can. I will scout for the perfect portrait locations at the venue and be ready to capture all the candid moments too!

Gallery Delivery


Within a few days after the wedding day, you will receive a sneak peak of images to share with friends and family. Your final online gallery will be sent to you within 6 weeks of your wedding day. From here you can download images to your personal device to have forever. I can help you order the perfect wall portraits and custom heirloom albums to treasure forever!
