Eric & Linda's Beautiful Fall Wedding
God brought Linda and Eric together during a time that they were looking for friendship. They bonded in their deep rooted faith in Christ and love for adventure outdoors. Soon after, romance blossomed. Their love for one another can be seen in everything they do. It's just beautiful!
Linda and Eric were married at Reidel Farmhouse in Fridley. The historic house and property are beautiful. There is so much natural light inside the house, and the grounds have beautiful views of the river and large trees along the property. While the house won't be able to host a large wedding, it was absolutely perfect for this intimate wedding.
Linda and Eric incorporated some really sweet details into their wedding day. Linda wore a special pearl necklace that was passed down to her. Eric's brother stood as his best man. And Linda's grandsons walked her down the aisle! So sweet! I can't write this post without a special shout out to Jill (friend from church) for her beautiful handcrafted flowers and centerpieces.
Early November can be hit or miss in terms of weather. Sometimes you get beautiful, sunny, Fall day, and other times it's cold and dreary. Well, this day was the latter. Cold, windy and rainy! We prayed and prayed for the skies to hold the rain for portraits outside. God granted us this kindness! We headed outside with some hand warmers and bubble umbrellas and took our portraits super quick. Then went back inside to warm up by the fire!
It was such an honor to photograph Linda and Eric's wedding day. They were my first wedding as a professional photographer. They were so gracious and a joy to work with! I had so much fun on their wedding day. From photographing their first look, to the ceremony, their portraits, reception and wedding day details, it was such an enjoyable experience. I couldn't stop smiling the entire day! Such an honor to be able to witness these precious moments in life. And the best part is, I have new friends in Linda and Eric. Now we get to visit with each other every Sunday at Church (when they aren't enjoying the sunshine in their Florida home of course!). I'm excited to share some highlights from their big day!
